Me and White Supremacy

LRC has chosen this important book as a next step for our internal discussions about race equity and justice. All LRC employees and members of the board will participate in book discussions over the coming weeks. LRC’s Race and Justice Committee is concurrently developing a longer term vision and work plan to guide LRC’s future actions. Over the coming year—and beyond—we will do what we can to assure our organizational policies and practices align with our core values.

Me and White Supremacy, by Layla F. Saad, teaches readers how to dismantle the  privilege within themselves so that they can stop (often unconsciously) inflicting damage on people of color, and in turn, help other white people do better, too.
