EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

LRC is a team-oriented, non-profit organization based in Hyde Park. If you’re interested in a workplace that promotes employee well-being and is known for its inclusive and collaborative work environment, then LRC may be a great place for you.

Our uniquely generous benefits policy provides funding for each employee to pay for the benefits they need, such as:

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Supplemental insurance
  • Retirement savings

Additional benefits include 27 paid days off and 17 paid holidays, pre-tax dependent care deductions, paid family medical leave, an annual training stipend, and life insurance.

To be considered for an open position, applicants are asked to send a cover letter highlighting their relevant skills and experiences and a resume to info@lrcvt.org.

Applications will be accepted until positions are filled. LRC is an equal-opportunity employer.

We do not currently have any open positions. Please check back later.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are the foundation of our service work. Without their dedication, we wouldn’t be able to help the 700 people we work with each year. From fundraising efforts to restorative activities, our incredible team of volunteers is a huge part of our participants’ success stories.

If you value human connection, have good listening skills, and believe everyone can learn from our mistakes, we want you!

Start by filling out this form and emailing to info@lrcvt.org, or bringing it to our office at 221 Main Street in Hyde Park during business hours. Once LRC has received the form, we’ll set up a time for you to come in and meet with one of LRC’s program directors to learn more.

Restore your own sense of hope – volunteer with us today.

The two most satisfying parts of the work at LRC are the opportunities to work with the staff and volunteers, who are all deeply good people, and witnessing participants engaging in the restorative process and becoming more connected to their community.
