Lamoille Restorative Center, in collaboration with Bear Notch Productions, is proud to announce the documentary film Downstream: The Effects of Parental Incarceration is now live and available for free screening online at Downstreamfilm.com.

When the parent of a child goes to prison, the child’s life – and the lives of those who care for that child – can  change in many ways. The separation and lack of information about where a parent is, how long they will be there, and how to communicate with them can be hard to deal with. In the film Vermont children share the challenges of having a parent in prison.
